Good girl-Gutsy girl: A presentation about tips & techniques to help you gain an edge in your decision making and your working environment. This module has been designed keeping in mind some of the intrinsic challenges a woman faces in work-life in general. It offers thought-provoking and interesting perspectives and solutions.
Off-ramp/ on-ramp: A module to help women make the transition from pre-motherhood to post-motherhood in terms of work and/or life. This includes tips on what/ how to prepare for if 1.You’re planning to get back to work 2.Or if you’re planning to take a break 3.Or just help in planning your plan in terms of the impact motherhood in your life. It is a must-do in terms of awareness for anyone who is working and is going to enter the motherhood phase of their life.
Stress/ Life management: Some insights and practical tips on stress management in everyday life. This module has been especially effective for home-makers and addressing stress issues related to their unique challenges. So if you’re a stay-at-home wife/ mum then this is a must-know module for you.
